The successful planning of an event is divided into (3) Key Stages: Pre-Event Planning, the Rehearsal, and the Day of Celebration.

Pre-Event Planning
PRE - PLANNING MEETINGS
(15) Hours of requisite Planning Hours to successfully plan the event.
(3) Key virtual meetings with the client .

SEND OFF | CLOSING
Two members of the planning team remain until the end of the evening, overseeing the send-off of the bride and groom, guests' departure, and final vendor departure from the venue.
