The successful planning of an event is divided into (3) Key Stages: Pre-Event Planning, the Rehearsal, and the Day of Celebration.

PRE - PLANNING MEETINGS

Oversight of the rehearsal .

10 Hours of Event Coverage, excluding travel.
THE TEAM
One Senior Planner, (1) Associate Planner, (1) Assistant Planner (as needed)
THE PROCESS
Senior Planner and Associate will assume responsibility for the oversight of the event,.
The Second Assistant (as needed) will be with the bride ensuring her needs are met.
SEND OFF | CLOSING
Two members of the planning team remain until the end of the evening, overseeing the send-off of the bride and groom, guests' departure, and final vendor departure from the venue.
